Hi Jude and Jan thanks for birthday wishes,i haven't been on here for a long time as i had some bad news on my birthday that my best friend was killed in a car accident .This has been hard to take in as we had only been out the previous evening celebrating my birthday.Yes i have been smoking since put im gearing myself up for another quit this weekend.I did read on another thread that both of you have been having a tough time lately,hopefully it will get easier for you soon stay strong and you will get there.WOW your both on4 months now you are doing so well i am so jealous,hopefully 1 day i will make it to 4 months.

Hi Dave - I am so sorry to hear your sad news. They do say time is a great healer and although you never forget in some ways this is true.

Keep posting here Dave as everyone else has said we will be hear from you kicking your butt and getting you to month 4 and beyond.
