how are all my friends doing,I had my first very bad crave about an hour ago it was a bad one I did not know what a bad crave was I am in my 5th week wow it rocked me but I just let it pass I know I dont want to smoke I even got the shakes the wife was getting the insurance spent on a world tour ha it just hit me from no where:(jimbo
