Hey,

Look at us!!

The old KYB is still strong!

Wonderful.

Hi guys...so glad to hear from you!

Sorry to hear it's been tough for you Yo...post about it next time, if it helps..you know we're right here with you.

I've had a pretty easy time, but, like Sue, I'm going to have to set a date to knock off the NRT, and I definately like having something to suck. My craves are now for the puffer, which worries me a bit. I think I'll have to make a plan and try to be conscious of the whole thing. Shouldn't be more than three days, right?

Got to go!

I am so pleased we are all still going strong.

Ive had more good days than bad days, so i cant complain if I have an 'off' week. I tried to post about how I was feeling but all i could come up with that I wanted a cig, no reasons to why, i just did.

As for the NRT/champix, do as it says on the packet and take it for the full course. Then wean yourself off it day by day, but 7 weeks is only half way, give or take a few days.

Three cheers to us x

Be warned - 'poor me' post!

Hmmm.

I dunno. Feeling just generally fed up and de-motivated at the moment.

Seems everyone is telling me to keep on the puffers for a bit longer...so I gues I will. I'm just tired of the whole process.

Still can't 100% shake off my chest infection and it's been two weeks!

can't get up any enthusiasm for anything.

Sleeping loads and not too well at night.

blah blah...

One day at a time...

blah...

Just down at the moment, i guess.

Hi Bill - the craves for the puffer will pass after a few days or so I have found each time my patches have been reduced.

Sorry Yo for hijacking your thread and well done to your mate for saying "no way":) Keep quitting.
