Day 43 yayy!!

Hey everybody,

Just wanted to say we're on day 43 today,thats 6 weeks and one day

We've been to our smoking cessation group today and been reduced again to the lowest strength patch=7mg, and then after this one we're done !!!

Feeling ok at the minute,so we'll keep on keepin on!!!
