I have been given up for 7 months 2weeks and 2 days. I would just like to tell you that when we have been out with people that smoke, the smell of my clothes when we get home makes me physically sick!!!! That alone gives me the strength to not smoke on the very odd occassion that i fancy one. :cool:

Hi Sandie - I am in my fourth week of non-smoking and although I don't feel physically sick it does make my nose wrinkle and I have to move away from them. Well done on getting to your 7th month

thanks all for ur congrats, believe me , i do feel proud of myself but it doesnt seem that long ago since i was in the first throws of it, and i sympathise with u, coz at times it was a nightmare!!!
with regards to the stale/fresh smell of smoke, i was refering to the stale smell, i dont really like fresh but its not as bad, on the very odd occassion i even like it when its fresh any way , u will all b in my shoes soon, just keep remembering its only a matter of time!!!!

Oh, I meant I like the smell of fresh cigarette smoke - I'm like the Bisto Kid at the moment!
