Hi all i have now completed 4 weeks and im feeling pretty good about it all,no more coughing my guts up every morning lots more energy no more smelly house or car.I have also today moved on to the step 3 of the patches they are tiny as my skin cant take anymore of the large patches so i now on the 7mg patch and i hope to make this the last week on the patches.

Hi Dave well done !!!!

yes it is nice not to have a smelly house or car anymore , infact if i go anywhere where there is a smoker it smells quite disgusting makes me all the stronger to keep going .Not sure where all other 4 weekers are but hope they are all well .
