Hello peeps,

Ive made it to the big day. And surprisingly im not feeling too bad, those horrid cravings that usually make me crack im killing with the chewing gum, although it makes me feel sick :eek: but id rather that than smoke

Im really impressed with myself cause i thought after blowing it with the New Years Quitters, i thought id never get this far again. If i get through today this will be the longest i have ever been without a fag since i started smoking

How is everyone else feeling?

Well done Sara, I to am on the gum and ot really works when that craving turns up - only problem is I get jaw ache!!!, never really been a gum chewer before - but hey, it workls
