Made it to 7 months

Hi everybody good morning to you all

Well i have made it past the 7month point, not on the Champix now, still get the odd pange but it only lasts a minute or 2 and its gone so still have to be on guard, but i class myself as a non smoker. i can handle stressful situations where before hand i would be smoking like a chimney. recently split with girlfriend very stressful, MOT again stressful, Aggro with ex wife VERY STRESSFUL and i have managed to handle those without reaching for the ciggies. so i am happy that i can deal with stress without reaching for fags which is a major hurdle.

Congrats to Miss B, Barney who have also reached the 7 months and anyone i have missed sorry.
