7 months... Another step closer to the penthouse. I have endured some triggers for the past few weeks due to travel, holidays, family and stress. I have stayed strong and ate a bit more in my times of need to combat the urges. I am still smokefree and super proud of that though. Congrats to everyone breathing free today. Every day is a milestone in a way. Hoping for some calmer waters ahead,
