I'm into week 3 now and the only thing that really concerns me is the fact I eat like a horse (still). It's that bad I'm thinking of taking up the smokes again because of it.
How long does it take before the craving for food wears off? The non-smoking is the easy part for me!

its prob the hand to mouth habit thats making you eat, try to eat friut, nuts , drinking water and smoothies is even better.
smoking again is not the answer
