Well I made it through the night, went to the pub, watched my team lose and still did not cave in. Still got cold symptoms which is a bit depressing. Sort throat, cough, headache, runny nose.
I suppose this is just my body recovering. Would be nice to feel some health benefits now, would it make the giving up process a little easier!

ha thank you for the motivation, much appreciated. Trying my best not to be a big grump today! I think my work colleagues are tip toeing around me today...ooops
