Hey Guys!

Missed my day 3 but still not had a smoke and not tempted to I do feel pretty rough today though. Feel like I`m getting a bad cold without the snot No energy and very tired so I`ll be back when I feel better.

Got my carbon monoxide reading yesterday after the advisor had to go on a hunt for batteries:rolleyes: 01!

Well done Moomin it could be your system clearing itself out.A good reading as well 01 anything from 00-06 is a non smokers reading.

Yes, it feels pretty good and I`m really pleased. Just got a stinking cold so will have to wait a bit longer to feel the full benefits:rolleyes:
