At the smoking clinic. My carbon monoxide level was a 1 yippeeeee and i was totaly honest with him and said i had a puff on saturday night. He was ok with that because he could tell by my reading i didnt have more.

I saw my non smoking (smoking) cessation nurse mid December and my next appointment is Feb 7th

My Levels were 30+ can't remember exactly now!!

Will compare results with you then

Yeah, there's no such thing as the NHS over here. Everything has to be paid for. I have health insurance which covers some costs but the health insurance has to be paid for as well. Thank god I'm not the sort of person who gets ill very often! Another reason to stay off the smokes!!!

I know a guy who got a nail stuck in his finger. He went to A&E to have it taken out and it cost him €60! I dread to think what it would cost if someone had something major wrong with them!
