Just to let you all know i`m still not smoking. Day 7 2day.

I have found it abit easier this time,still hard though.

I felt sick yesterday and am feeling sick 2day. Don`t know if its smoke related.

So pleased your still with us. Day seven is great funny I was feeling sick last thursday and friday. Didnt go to work witch is not me. But had a lump removed from my neck wednesday so not sure if it was that or just a bug really wanted to smoke (stupid) but got past it thank god Linda xxxxxxxx

I found it easier this time too, it's a relief to be back not smoking eh?

The day 7 milestone passed, it gets easier and easier from here on in
