Day 11 and still going. Cravings seem to have returned over the last couple of days, which is strange. I wasn't expecting a peak like this. Have been to the pub 2 or 3 times now with no difficulties whatsoever but I keep thinking about smoking.

I am not going to cave though. Have received lots of encouraging comments from friends (both smokers and non). Just ride out this unexpected craving peak and we'll be on week 3 in no time.
