Hi Mrs Terry,

Difficulty sleeping seems to be a common side effect with loads of people complaining about it (not just those on Champix). Stopping smoking generally seems to affect your body in loads of different ways which all settle down over time.

Personally after a few weeks on champix that settled down for me but in the meantime I tried stuff over the counter from Boots and Sleepeze seemed to do the trick.

Ativan seems to be a bit like using a sledgehammer to crack a nut. I personally would keep off the strong stuff unless you are desperate, theres loads out there that might help you.

Hope this helps
