My weeks keep flying by now and I have the 4 month mark in sight, so today i checked my days and its 102!!! I passed 100 without realising.
Started a new job this week and its so great to pass the 'smoking shed' and know i will never be part of that leper colony AND noone in my new job thinks of me as a smoker!!
Went through a patch of thinking about them alot a few weeks ago, thats passed, tho they do pop up in my thoughts now and then, and sure they will continue to. BUT i would love to know what my 'average cig thought per min' rate is now compared to what is was 3 months ago.
Wish we could measure that!!! OR wish i had measured that!!!
Hope everyone is good and strong.
HELLO to any newbies and well done on deciding to quit!
Just don't have the time for lots of posts of encouragement!
STAY HAPPY EVERYONE!!!

Hey Choco, congrats on your achievements! Looks like your life has taken a new awesome turn indeed what with the new job and everything. Being in a new environment where nobody knew you as a smoker must be fab, it will so help you strenghten the idea you are truly a non-smoker now
If only someone had told us before that life was going to be so amazing even without smoking!!!!!! *headwalls*

We should patent the 'think about fags monitor', we'd make a mint.
I have some days now when i don't think about them and some days i think about them alot. The best days are when your thought is 'I used to do that, now i'm free!' :D
Your posts throughout your time hear are inspirational!!
Your a different person from when you joined!

Thanks Buffy, hope you're feeling better! haven't been around much myself, i used to post alot in my old job when i was bored, no chance of that now.
Job is good so far, soooooo much new stuff to learn, but thats the whole point. Its at a cheese factory, i never realised there was so much to know about cheese. I'm going to turn into a mouse the amount of cheese i'm eating. AND they have a subsidised canteen, so each day i'm eating a man sized meal for lunch, spag bol, roast beef dinner, chicken curry, chilli con carne.
I'm going to be the size of a house!!!! Needless to say, i started back at the gym yesterday!!
Oh and it was my birthday last week and got 2 boxes of chocs, so i simply HAVE to finish them too.
