Hey all,

Well on Sunday the 28th I'll be a non-smoker for 4 months and I can't believe how fast it has went. I hardly ever think of smokes now and when I do it goes away real quick. It has been a bit since I last post on here but I do check to see how everyone is doing quite often. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Stay strong.......Joe
