Not agewise I'm afraid. Its day21 of NOT SMOKING. I am feeling pretty good at the moment although I feel a bit nauseous just now. Don't know if its the champix or too many glasses of vino last night lol Have A super smokey free day!

Day 21 What an accomplishment! Give yourself a big pat on the back. As far as the fat head goes, I don't know what to tell ya! That vino will get ya every time!

Thanks for all the great words of encouragement guys. I would never have made it this far w/o all you lovely folk on here (And I can say that hand on heart) cos I've tried so hard And failed b4 but all you all welcomed me back on ere and didn't judge or look down at me or anything. Now I reckon I'm only gonna go on an on (from 21days to at least 21 months!!!!) Thankyou for giving me the confidence to show I CAN QUIT!

I have the same sentiments Kazza, i love this forum, not sure what i'll do when i change jobs and can't come on here all day
