Hi All,

A great way to quit is to find all the necessary information on smoking... learn as much as you can about your enemy if you want to defeat them...

I started smoking during my mid teens and knew that smoking was bad for me, but never actually knew exactly what it could do to me.. I kept this mentality during my last years of smoking, when I endeavoured to find out all I could about smoking... the more i read the more i really wanted to quit... and gave me more determination than ever.... it was like a switch that turned on in my head...

So by reading, learning, absorbing information, adapting other ppls techniques to suit your own, you may find your own "switch".... and never give up no matter what....

Big cheers to the administrators/creators of this forum, by providing ppl with valuable information and support, which im sure thousands have benefited from...
