Today is day 15 for me. I guess that means I switch forums.

I guess the good thing about today is we are having huge thunderstorms here in Kansas City. I never liked to smoke during rain so it should be an easy day

Hello and well done for reaching week 3. I am still going strong too.

Even after my night away and lots of alcohol i didnt smoke. It was hard but i did it.

I love alcohol without smoking!! tastes lurverly and less of a hang over only thing is I can consume more

It is great to discover life goes on as always without smoking
