almost 9 months!!!

Hello Gang

Does anyone remember me? I have just popped in to let you all know that I am still a non-smoker and that life is good again.

I completed the London Bikeathon in 3 hours and raised over £300 for Leukemia Research and got fit into the bargain!

I can run for 18 minutues on the treadmill without feeling that I am going to die!

My skin and teeth are 1000 times better BUT I have put on a few pounds in weight so that is the ONLY thing not good!

I actually gave up the fags on 21 January 2007 so I am now looking forward to my year anniversary.
