I have been quit for 3 Months, 1 Week, 1 Day, 12 hours, 50 minutes and 14 seconds (100 days). I have saved £185.98 by not smoking 1,508 cigarettes. I have saved 5 Days, 5 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 01/07/2007 00:00

I would treat myself to something but even though I'm not buying tobacco now, I'm still always skint! I don't know were the money has gone. I was spending about £12.00 on rolling tobacco a week (the equivilent of about $24.00 in Canadian dollars) so not alot compared to people who smoked tailor mades (pack of 20) Still proud of myself though!
