got over yesterdays monster craving (some deep breaths, chocolate and a cuddle) and feeling all the better for it today! feel great in myself and looking forward to being taken out for lunch to celebrate (i am also rewarding myself with a wii fit and some new boots ) feel less cra@p in the morning generally, my breathing has improved, my mood has improved, and i'm loving it!!! when i quit for 2yrs before, i started again when working in the design job from hell....dreamt that i started working for them again...and started smoking again, but decided the dream means i don't want to work there again and not that i want to start smoking again!!!!!! so all is good on day 4 and looking forward to my first smoke free weekend!!!!

The cravings should start to ease a little bit now, and enjoy your treats - mine is that I get to move house tomorrow
