Day 10 - all going really well, can't help thinking I've gotten away with it this time, no craves at all so far, literally none? However not complacent I know from past 7 attempts Nic is a sneaky so and so.

Going to have a nice lazy Sunday catching up on some tv

And eating a lovely roast dinner and perhaps a glass or 2 of vino

Thank you all for your kind comments it really means so very much... I just can't get over that I haven't craved for a cig in 10 days it really does astound me, please don't think I'm being cocky because i'm truly not I normally am gagging for a cig and battling every day so this is a nice change, and change is good keep on going freedom fighters and everyone else who is on this life changing journey we are all doing fab, mucho love xxx
