Ya, I haven't forgotten entirely about you, anyways, surprisingly I have not taken a single puff since I quit 4. April, 2007 honestly (wouldn't have to lie about it if on the internet if I had anyway)

I have this stupid conscience that just tells me that I can just go kill myself if I have another puff, plus I'm a bad addict, I think I will literally start again even it's just a puff, (under the influence of alcohol is NOT an exception).

Anyways, I went to the U.S.A this summer, drove around in a rental car Lincoln Navigator with two of my friends

Started off in Boston 3 nights then Atlantic City 3 nights, then Washington 4 nights, then New York 5 nights and then Boston again for 3 nights and then back home.

Got nothing more to say at the moment, hope you're doing great all of ya.

Ohh, made a huge spelling error in the title, makes me look like an goose! I have an excuse though, I live on a small island-shaped rock (lol) in the northern Atlantic.

EXCELLENT! WAY TO BE SOOOOO STRONG! You are doing great for yourself. Thanks for not forgetting about those of us who are not as far into being a non-smoker as you are and the people who are still struggling.
