Heya justin x x
Might not be all quit related, being self employed is a terrible stress and massive pressure!!
Have you considered using a professional trainer to help you focus?
Time management, assertiveness and stress management can be life changing for the better!! in my experience x x
Glad your doing sooooo well x x
keep the strength x x

Thanks Buffy, smoking was a way i used to help stress and pressure ,any problems and light up a fag,i know you can concentrate better without smoking and all the rest of it but it dont feel like it .No matter what i try i cant relax to the same level as when i smoked,i wonder when i will ,if ever
Justintime are you still taking breaks?
Unfortunately, smoking was the only way i would take regular breaks from my desk. Now i can sit here all day!!!
I've been making an effort to take a walk at lunch time, even just around the block for 5 mins.
While studying/working, i've read again and again that the brain cannot concentrate for long periods of time. ie within an hour, it takes 10 mins to settle down, 20 mins of deep concentration, etc (can't remember how it broken down exactly)
My point is we need a break!!! Let the brain absorb what its been doing for the past hour or so.
Hope it helps
