OH MY!! Just when I thought I was pretty much in the clear ~ I am craving soooo terrible today. I would love to have a small drag, but in my eyes that would bounce me back to day one and i can't do that. I can't understand the reason for this. I have been okay with cravings except for the one when I was arguing with hubby, that was brutal and I managed to still stay smoke free. Not even a puff....

Today I am not arguing or anything and I would just love a ciggie!!! Hubby won't let me though :mad: UGGHHHHH!!! Wish this damn feeling would go away and I could be normal again...this is sooooo hard. TERRIBLE!! Craving, craving go away ~ don't come back any other day!!! The cravings go quickly now so not too bad. I find if you can sit tight for a minute it has gone.

Yes on a normal day I find that as well, but today for some reason the cravings are coming every 2 minutes or so it seems. I get over one to bump right into the next. TERRIBLE!

Helllll noooooooo! I know where I don't want to go again, I just find it so hard to not think about it. How dumb is that! You know you hate where you have come from, but yet ~ we are all struggling to NOT go back...even though we all hate it there. ADDICTION IS DEADLY!!

You are very welcome. I ran out for a few minutes to the bank with hubby and to get HIM some ciggies and here in Canada we have a coffee shop that we drive-thru and get coffee to go in the car. I know my England relatives were very excited about "coffee in the car" when they came here So we got some coffee and come home

Hi NS4M, it's like there's a little gremlin somewhere that says "Hey, the 3 week mark, now we've gotta stop this nonsense and get them back into the evil ways.." But we are strong enough to resist. As WHF says, the cravings go away as quickly as they appear and I'm finding that lumps of crsytalised ginger are helping - one in each ear, can't hear a thing.

Anyway, the important point is that you are now on (when you read this) on Day 21! How great is that!
