Hello to all my friends on here, another day smoke free ticked off the calendar another one to go, just taking it day by day.

Enjoyed seeing the piccies of the pinups of this forum nice to put names to faces, wont put my face on as some of you might start smoking again and we dont want that lol. I was hoping for some n.u.d.e or semi n.u.d.e pictures then realised that i was on the nosmoking forum Not the reader wives and girlfriends forum. Not that i would ever visit a wives and girlfriends site off course never ever ever ever.

Well i hope every1 has a good weekend and stays smokefree
