Hi all stuck 10 mg patch on this morning felt shit about 12:00 found out that bloody patch had fallen off so placed new one on its now 18:05 feel shit but i will get through this day

WELL DONE MATEY!!! It's my first day tomorrow so guess what you're one day ahead of me. And just think you'll never have to do Day 1 again - cool or what!!!!

I hope you're saving all the dosh you would have spent on cigs to give yourself (and your lovely wife) a big treat - watch those pounds mount up!!!
