I, myself, are much better today. had a really bad day yesterday, came on here and had a bit of a moan and felt better after a few kind words from others. i think

u have to realise that there are gonna be good days and bad, and deal with it. This forum is good for 'getting it out yours system'.

yes that is a realisation you do come across, my last quit lasted fer three months and had no smoking around me fer the first week and to be honest i felt worse then than i do today.

I'm on day 4 for the second time in 2 weeks!

Its been a lot easier this time round because I just think I don't wanna go through these first 4 days again,:confused: day 4 does seem to be the hardest up to now,now I've just gotta make it through the first weekend.
