WOW WHAT A July ?

Well this month has been by far the longest month I can ever remmember in the last 23(smoking) years ?I quit smoking and all nico I think on around the 1st of july have had 1 breakdown around the 18th ?smoked 3 or 5 cigs? was nasty !have not touched since!this is the most challenging thing I have ever done in my 38 years of life !but I will not fail !!!!maybe bye Christmas I will enjoy this new life ?
