I forgot my patch

I left for work this morning, totally forgetting to don my patch. Its day 8 and I'm sat here at my desk, worrying what the days gonna bring.

Well done on making it to day8 congrats, how are u coping without your patch. try not to think/worry about it to much, talk to people on here as i found this forum has helped me i am on day26 on the Champix tablets.

If things get bad can you go home lunchtime and get your patch, you could leave an emergency patch at work then if you forget your patch in the morning youve got one at work. See how things go they might not be to bad and you might be able to cope.

Jaque, keep a spare in your wallet for emergency like this. I keep one in my purse at all times, you never know, trouble is after a few weeks, you feel so good at times, you think do I really need this patch, maybe its a crutch, I don't really know, but it works for me, just will have to wean as they say and hopefully stay away from the fags.
