Passed 7 months yesterday and forgot to say anything!:confused:

Either so busy at the moment that I forgot about it.......or am so settled as a non smoker now that I no longer think about how many days I've not smoked anymore!

I'm 7 months too now....and kinda forget about it also! ....strange when i recall how excited i was to get to a month....but now im focusing on a year, i'll pop into the penthouse too when i 'do' make it! To me now smoking, i never think of it ever, i feel iv'e conquered it tbh, tho i know a lot of people can relapse after a year or more. Since i quit iv'e had the hardest year/time of my life and a million reasons to smoke, but i never did or wanted to.... so there is a bright light afterall
