Im so happy im doing alright now, i didnt realize i was until it hit me that ive not thought about smoking for a cupple of days. I did smoke for 17 years of my life but thats proof that you can do it if ure the right kind of occupied and stressfree. It was very difficult at first, its funny how u forget how horrible it is in the beginning in just a few days, i mean it seems all you need is a few days of a break from the icky mock colds and coughing. And then ure in a period of doing alright again. So its been over a month and im in a good phase.. lets hope it lasts for a fw more weeks.
