It is a hard struggle but you will get lots of help and support on here. Everyone is very friendly.

I`m on day 27 using patches. I have used the inhalator in the past.

Hi sonya you are doing great coming so far, the hardest thing I found about quitting was deciding to do it, it really scared me:eek:

It is hard to do isnt it? but you will get lots of support on this forum from people in the same boat as you, especially off buffy whos has really good advice if your having a crisis.
