I gave up at 5.30pm on Monday 16th April! woo!

Feeling rather in need of a cigarette so eating biscuits & nuts to get me through! At work at the mo tho, so not having a cig is a bit easier that way!

If i can make it to the weekend (and beyond......) i think i will be OK!

Good stuff Rachie. Plan yourself something different to your normal routine this weekend, it'll give you something to focus on rather than the fags!
