been smoking for the last 12 years almost 2 packs daily, today is my big day, i hope i will have the power to go on without it

the only problem facing me is that most of my work colleagues smokes, and also most of my family, so everywhere i go i found people offering me a smoke, i told everyone already that i am trying to quit, and actually they are helpful , but pray for me, cause i am starting to get weaker

Stay strong Adam. Your friends and family will all become jealous of you, please don't let it be the other way round.

After time you will look at them and wonder why they are slaves to the little whites sticks they are putting in there mouths.
