When will this torture ever end? Everything is tingling, my brain is a mush I feel like a bag of manure and have a really bad cold. If I had a ciggie right now I'd throw up so that's no good, but can't think of anything else to replace it with - maybe a vat of jack daniels?

thanks for your reply - I've calmed down since I sent that post and I'm still not going to smoke whatever the situation. But really do feel like sh*t.

All to do with a new girlfriend and she's worth it - and for my son (6) and he's worth it too

I still think this cold turkey will pass and it will be better than patches etc
