Whilst Id be surprised if it was due to CKD with those readings, we cant diagnose on here.

So the best advice I can offer is see a doctor for tests, then return here or other sections of HealthUnlocked (depending on results), for further advice.

The symptoms you describe are not from CKD, but its good that those were the only slightly abnormal results on your blood test. I have yellowish skin most of the time and low energy and my blood tests are always kind of whacky, but I'm old now, and kind of laugh it off if my doctor isn't worried about it. I am careful about diet, you're never too young to start paying attention to what you eat, especially these days, with all the ultra-processed foods available.

Your eGFR (79) and creatinine (104) suggest mild kidney function decline. Fatigue, frequent urination, and grayish skin could be related. Stay hydrated, monitor BP & blood sugar, and check for anemia. Best to consult a doctor for further evaluation.
