Hi there
It sounds very good indeed to me.
My EGFR is 18 and creatine is 344. I have stage 4 CKD after 2 cardiac arrests due to vasculitis and am likely to need a a kidney in the future.
Best wishes to you.

Thanks for your reply. I wasn't sure as some websites say below 60 is bad. I'm very ill at moment but don't know what it is. Dr just told me to repeat bloods as some were high.
Sorry to hear your health is bad 😔
Here is a link to the CKD levels from National Kidney Foundation.. This might be of help. kidney.org/atoz/content/gfr
Hello. Thank you. This says same as what I read elsewhere as it under 60. I havent had a urine test. Iv only done a dip test and that said trace blood and high density and ketone in urine. I guess if Dr has not said anything it all must be fine.
If these were my labs (and I'd be THRILLED for them to be), I'd ask my doctor for a referral to a dietitian to help adjust your diet. You're diet isn't way off, but the majority of these values are impacted by your diet. You'll also want to check your urinalysis for protein leakage. In general we put a lot (too much in my opinion) focus on creatinine and eGFR without looking at the whole picture.
A dietitian would be a great addition to your health care team and can help you with the labs outside of the standard range. With your labs, a traditional dietitian or even a diabetic dietitian could be helpful. Renal dietitians are FANTASTIC, but can be harder to find since there are far less of them.
Best of luck!

Hi!! Thank you very much for your reply.
I see a neurologist as I have a genetic nerve condition. He tells me to eat lots of salt to raise my blood pressure. Iv seen a gastroenteroloist and she put me on lactose free milk and I'm no longer allowed fruit. I eat lots of lentils and brown pasta etc.
Yes I will look to speak to a dietician i to see if they can help me improve my diet. I only eat 1 meal a day.
A dietitian is a super helpful tool - working with one turned my life around and quickly. Let them know about your doctors order to increase the salt so that they do not cut it. I had a similar situtuation where I was suffering from kidney failure and had to eat LOTS of potassium rich foods...while also getting Potassium via IVs. The standard diet is to reduce potassium, but my doctors let my dietitian know I needed more and she worked it into my diet. I'm now no longer in renal failure and doing so much better. My dietitian gave me a second chance at living a great life.

I've found "registered" dietitians are hard to find and insurance will generally cover the cost of a workup and related in the US. They are knowledgeable in a variety of fields and will also do blood work, etc.
