Kidney, native; biopsy:

Glomerulopathy with mixed features of podocytopathy with collapsing features, endothelial injury (thrombotic microangiopathy features), and scattered immune-type deposits (glomerulonephritis features):

Cellular reactive crescent/pseudocrescent in 7% of glomeruli.

Fibrocellular reactive crescent/pseudocrescent in 7% of glomeruli.

Fibrous crescent formation in 7% of glomeruli.

Focal global glomerulosclerosis in about 21% of around 14 glomeruli sampled.

Acute tubular injury.

Interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy, severe (about 60%), with mild mononuclear cell-predominant inflammation.

Arteriosclerosis, moderate, and arteriolosclerosis, mild.
