Hi everyone, as someone with anxiety I wanted to post and see how my kidney results look. I don't really understand what they all mean

July 24 eGFR using creatinine (CKD-EPI) per 1.73 square metres (XacUK) 88 mL/min

From 03/09/21, correction for ethnicity no longer recommended. See NICE NG203, published August 2021. eGFR calculation not valid in pregnancy. eGFR calculated using CKD-EPI equation eGFR less accurate when >60 ml/min/1.73m2. Interpret with caution Do not diagnose CKD if no other evidence/markers of kidney damage

Serum creatinine level (XE2q5) 76 umol/L [45 - 84]

Feb 24

Urine creatinine level (XE2qO) 14.6 mmol/L

Urine albumin level (XE2eI) 10.1 mg/L [0 - 30] Information about this test Coded entry Urine albumin/creatinine ratio (XE2n3) 0.7 mg/mmol [0 - 3]

Doctor says I have good kidney function, but I've got myself anxious

If the Dr says you're good, I'd go with that. I haven't seen a eGFR of 88 since 2012.

That, I can't say. It's not my place to interpret anything.

All your results look healthy and normal. Sorry you're feeling anxious, that's no fun.

Hi. I am not a doctor so can't interpret your results. They are very detailed which is good. If your doctor says the results are good I would go with that and ring them up to interpret. So sorry you are anxious. I can relate with kidney results.
