Ok I have a ultrasound result. I went as GP sent me after eGFR too low.
Results say:
mild fullness of the left renal pelvis.
Is it anything or nothing to be concerned about?

That's for your primary or nephrologist to answer. Also should get follow up kidney panel with urine kidney panel as well four months from ultrasound result
You know it's so important to have a good radiologist read any imaging results. We all are eager to get the results from our CTs, MRIs, scans, but we forget that not all radiologists are equally proficient. Last year, I had 2 CT scans about a few months apart done at different imaging centers. It was amazing to see how one was so thoroughly done with exact measurements of various items, i..e. "2-1/4 inches", as opposed to the other skimpy reading which just said "very large" or not so small," etc etc. Your reading seems to lack good definition. I've leaned it's important to find good radiologists, too.

As DrMind implied it’s a bit vague giving very little info. No doubt you’ll need to have a more thorough evaluation done. Mild fullness is usually called mild hydronephrosis here in Australia. There are many many reasons for it but given its mild and there are no measurements it really says very little
I don't sweat things that are "mild". However, I do take note and definitely ask my Dr "what the heck in this?"
