I just started to feel this since last week, I think my sodium intake probably was high, but even I lowered it now, I still feel it after just eating a toast or so. Has anyone had that experience? Would like to hear some thoughts. Thank you.

yes, I have experienced puffy eyes after eating too much sodium. It has lasted for a few days at times, even when i have decreased sodium intake. I’m sorry to hear of your experiencing this too.
it could be just the natural ageing process.
