It was just approved with special approval from the FDA so if anybody here has tried it, they would have had to be involved in the trial or just had it prescribed in the last month or so... I have IGA which is what it is for. I guess is showing great results in lowering proteinuria which is one of my issues. My doc prescribed it and I am just researching it at this point. It has many side effects, mostly liver and definitely DO NOT take if pregnant, may cause serious birth defects.

Ya I saw those. Luckily I am a man so impossible to get prego. I just finished my second month on it and have seen great results. Almost no bubbles in my urine and no effect on my Liver yet... Not loving the monthly test but if it works this well, I will take it!
