I also have RA which seems controlled as long as the weather is good. I can't take nsaids..Tylenol does nothing..I was wondering if anyone takes or uses cbd oil and if it was ok with chronic kidney disease?
cbd oil: I also have RA which seems... - Kidney Disease
cbd oil
During the COVID year, I took CBD oil with the approval from my Neph and other docs. It seemed to help with the anxiety of the times.....but inflammation NOPE! Did not touch it. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and do infusions for it. During COVID, I missed a few. Lot of money, not much good.
I've used it and it didn't help me but my daughter swears by it.
I use cbd cream and it does help me.
I’ve used many things for the pain after my transplant nothing works. I used CBD oil before transplant and didn’t work but I’m wondering if a better brand might have. Always intended to try Harrelsons own but never did. Now nephrologist pretends not to know what CBD is😂😂😂😂
I use the CBD cream and it works. I have sciatica that sometimes radiates down the front of my thigh and the side of my leg. I agree that Tylenol does nada and is almost not worth taking. I also use those OTC Lidocaine patches and a TENS unit to control my sciatica and upper back pain. It’s a “b” not being able to take any real pain meds.
Good luck. Plz post results
my integrative medical doctor suggested I take CBD. I was a little hesitant at first since I have a CKD but I’ve been taking CBD for sleep problems and it works great especially the gummy‘s by Medterra. I really would like to see some research on its affect on CKD.
No it did nothing for me
FOr those of you that have liked the cbd products...what do you use and where do you buy ..so hard to decide
Look into boron for your RA. It's available in 3mg caps and two or three a day may be all it takes. Boron has other benefits, search on "nothing boring about boron". Always consult with your health care professional before using any supplement.
