You have posted this before.That is the problem with CKD is there are no symptoms, unless you develop high blood pressure. Go to kidney.org They have a whole section on KIDNEY BASICS & one on TREATMENT.

Please go to kidneyschool.org and educate yourself. If your eGFR is 89 your symptoms and complaints are likely not related to CKD. You've posted same questions repeatedly for 3 months. What answers are you really looking for??
