Just diagnosed with CKD stage 3b 43 percent should i go to a kidney dr or wait

till im at gfr 30 not sure i agree with that im having lots of complications

I’d definitely go to a nephrologist at this point. With effective treatment you may either see an improvement in your renal function or it will be stabilized. Either is preferable to seeing it gradually decline more.

As Jaywalker stated, now would be an excellent time to see a nephrologist. Please do that. My husband was seeing one well before Stage 3b. Being proactive is very good!
