I'd suggest you use the website drugs.com

Set up a free account and list all of the meds in that account. You'll be given high, moderate, and low interaction information. You can then develop questions to ask her physician(s) about. Medications are an individual issue and we in the community can't offer specific information. That would be the job of her doctors.

Best of luck.

Thankyou so much Mr kidney. I will do that.

Mr Kidney gave you good advice as we can not tell you how to adjust medications. After you have acquired the knowledge you need advice your doctor as to how you would like the medications changed. Best wishes.

Follow Mr_Kidney's advice looking up the meds she is on at drugs.com. Then you can ask her doctor about the meds and if he thinks any one of them could be adjusted.
